We have a 2000 IVS with an AD8 VM card. About once every month or two, the voice mail will stop answering and I will need to open the cabinet and push the reset button on the card. This has been going on for at least the last 5 years. The other day the voice mail went out, but this time all of the phone displays in the building went blank and people lost their calls. The displays came back after a few seconds, but I had to reset the VM. I have never seen this behavior with this system and just wanted to get some opinions. Is this a sign of impending doom for my system or just a random occurrence? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
