UM8000 - mailboxes with no passwords

I have a customer with an SV9100 and UM8000 voicemail. They want to setup a bunch of mailboxes without passwords, and block the users from setting up passwords [ they have a bunch of temporary/transient users, and administration is a chore ].

Is this even possible?

Access options
Allow access to setup options = No
Enable subscribers to change configuration settings using a phone: personal greetings, message groups, call transfer,
message delivery, recorded name, spelled name, security code, and directory listing.

Personal greetings can be changed only if Hear conversation in traditional order is not enabled.

You can then set a password that could be easily used. You cannot have a blank password.
