Sv9500 with dual sever and single server

Hello everybody
I have system NEC sv9500
First server > have dual server and with two cards cpu-0 and cpu-1.
Second server > have single server and with one card cpu-0.
My Question :
How can I make second server standby when i have a problem with first server and cpu-0 and cpu-1 shut down.
