2000ips long distance

Can not dial long distance,get a busy after dialing a number,1-800 works fine.Thanks

Is this from all stations or just one. If one then have you checked the RSC.

If this has just started of it's own accord I would be getting the carrier to test the service first. What type of lines are you using. If Cots can you test with a Buttinsky.

what sort of lines coming into the system.
can you verify the carrier is allowing these calls.
have you looked at the setup of lcr, if so what are the parameters, post them here so we can look at it if you like.
