I am perplexed. I have a customer running 2.1, upgrading them to 3.0 just isn't an option right now. I just recently upgraded them to 2.1 (78), and suddenly 2 users with 5620's and the CS50 with handset lifters don't function properly. They are hooked up inline witht he handset, and when you activate the lifter the green light on the base comes on, but they get no audio path either way. If they just use the handset they are fine. Plantronics support had the customer try a bunch of things, none of which worked, and then they replaced the CS50 - and the same problem exists with the new one.
Due to the nature of the CS50, I can see no way to affect its operation from the system config. It just intercepts the audio path - I am completely perplexed. Has anyone else seen this by chance?
