The Norstar 3x8 came out with a DR1, DR5 & DR5.1 the DR1 is the only one that dosn't support caller ID. The caller ID has to be programmed to your sets only one set will come up with the call info you will have to program a key for F811 & you need the telco to provide the feature on the lines.
Hi ThePhoneGURU I just installed 4 Plantronics CS50 with lifters on T7316E sets, the customer loves them, they there no good for a reception position because you have to go back to your desk to transfer a call, but the headsets works good it comes with two different headbands & some ear loops.
