you would create a new skill, and a new agent assigned to that skill.
Insert a step in the vector so that if someone is loged into that skill it will go to the announcement.
So in case of an emergecy all you have to do is login as the agent, and the calls will route to your announcement.
I have the softphone working on the telecommuter setting. However I cannot login as an agent. What am I missing here? I can log in as an agent from my phone, using the feature access codes, but when I login to my phone through the softphone, I cannot login as an agent with the feature access...

I don't use XMobile anylonger. I have been using EC500. If you use change off-pbx-telephone station-mapping XXXX, you don't have to use the dummy extensions for XMobile.

you need to have a step in the vector that asks for the access code.
Look at steps 2 and 4.

The password can be setup when you setup the vdn. On page 2 of the VDN you can enter the access code

I am getting static on the lines, in all incoming calls. Internal calls and outgoing calls are fine, it is just all incoming calls that I am having problems with. What can it be? where do I start to check???
