Hi All,
I have enabled mod_cache and I'm using mem caching (mod_mem_cache) as my caching type, but how can I check if it is actually doing anything. Is there anyway to see what is in the cache, being served from the cache, what the cache hit rate is, etc...???
Thanks
Kind regards,
Andrew.
No, from what I can find about the error it is something to do with XMLParse, which we use a lot, however we are not seeing an errors on pages or in the application.log or exception.log. Very odd.
We are seeing the following error message in the cfserver.log file over and over again.
[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.
That is it, the complete message. It appear line after line after line. There doesn't appear to be a related error message anywhere else, anyone know what it...
Hi All.
Is there anyway to keep a roaming profile up-to-date on the server without logging off? Is there a command prompt command you can issue or a program you can run to update the profile on the server?
Kind regards
Andrew.
Hi.
I have Samba setup to authicate from a Windows Active Directory and this is working and I can use the valid users configuration setting to allow particular users access:
valid users = ADC+username
However is there any way I can allow a whole user group access?
Kind regards,
Andrew.
It's ok, I found the solution to the problem, it was not CF at all, it was Java. The object class was defined as static. I removed this and recompiled and it now works fine.
Kind regards,
Andrew.
Hi.
I having a problem with a Java object call. It appears that the CF server does not create the objects exclusively when more than one instance of the same script is running. I have created a java class to do multi-threaded XML post to a web service. The java class works fine and everything...
Hi All.
Is it possible to multithread within a single request. For example, I would like to make multiple http requests to a web service, but at the moment they run one after the other, taken about 3 seconds each, but if I could run them both at the same time it would improve the performance of...
Hi All.

Hi.
We have a Dell server with a single SATA hard drive. We need to increase the capacity of the server. The server technical spec. says it supports up to 6 SATA hard drives. We have purchased 6 250GB SATA hard drives. However, when I opened the case it only has two SATA connections on the...
Hi All.
Ok, got this one sorted. Forget APC Powerchute, I have installed the same software we use on our Linux boxes (there is a Win32 port). The software is apcupsd (http://www2.apcupsd.com/) and is open source and released under the GNU GPL2. This software allows you to do what I have...
Hi
We have the another UPS (same make and model) connected to three Linux boxes and the network switch and on the Linux configuration you only need to connect one of the servers to the UPS and when the power goes that signals the other servers via ethernet and shuts them down. Is there no way...
Hi All.
We have an APC UPS which is attached to a W2k3 server via the COM port. We have PowerChute Business Edition install on this machine (Agent, Server and Console). This all appears to working fine, I have tested it and it shuts the machine down no problems. We also have two additional W2k3...
Ok. I have change the DNS zones to be stored in the AD, however they don't appear to be replicating. The zones are all set to "Replication: All DNS servers in the Active Directory domain". The secondary server is in the AD domain and it has DNS installed, but nothing appears in the DNS control...
