Hi All.

We have a member of staff that is off for 6 months and the person covering their job needs access to their entire mailbox. However the person question has over 1000 folders and subfolders. Is there any way to simply just share the entire mailbox, e.g. all folders and subfolders, in one go with having to go to each folder, right click, select sharing and add the user which need access?

Thanks

Andrew.

In Ad give the person covering the job full access to their mailbox then add it into their Outlook as an additional mailbox.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Tried that already. It then allows you to open the mailbox and see the folder, but not the contents.

Which ACL did you modify? The account's security tab, or the Exchange Advanced tab?

In the Exchange Advanced Tab.

Without sharing each individual folder, I am not sure how it can be done.

If you want to read others emails, you can give a user access rights to the Exchange Mailbox Store. But, that would allow a user to access ALL user mailboxes and emails
