It will not work b/c you have 2 seperate drives! With 2 seperate jumpers. Primary master slave : Secondary master and slave! Are they on the same ide cable? You can try setting the same drive letters!
Bcastners last reply is what you need to do! It alerts you b/c of no anti-virus or out of date anti-virus. Just click do not alert me for (specific reason)!!!!!!
When i did a fresh install of xp i started jumping to manufacture websites getting drivers then behold i was infected with spyware. Thought i cleaned it up but a day later had the same problem.
Some modems have power settings with the setup disk that will automatically disconnect after a certain time! Also when it disconnects do they all disconnect? 1 more thing make sure you have the latest drivers for your NIC!
then right click on the folder and click explore! after that select all and right click then goto properties and it will tell u the number of files and folders!
to make it easier on you do this
1. Insert the CD into the CD drive or DVD drive.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
4. At the command prompt, type the following commands, pressing ENTER after each command:
expand CD-ROM Drive...
