    Those look like netware processes - the NW login script and the NW tray icon - is the Netware client installed? if so,maybe you just need to upgrade the client to 32-bit version.

    If you are on a Netware server, these files show up when using 16-bit apps from the server. Fixed in Netware client 4.83 sp2.
