Your problem is with the view settings on your Inbox. Follow the steps below and it should solve your problem:
Go to View, Current View, and select All Messages.

Your problem has to do with RPC connections. On server A add server B hostname and IP Address into the hosts file and do teh same on server B and that should sort your problem out.
