Checked with the carrier but no solution. This is the first time I had run into this. You were correct curly cord. Changed in System Programming/ Feature Settings.
Thanks
My customer has a Nortel MICS the changes date when the 1st CO line rings. It alters the date completely, no idea why. I changed out everything except the call pilot vm, replacing MICS ksu, caller ID card, 7.1 software. It still changes the time on incoming calls. I plan on checking the call...
How do I change the number of rings before transferring to Auto Attendant. I have an older Electra elite 192 that has been working fine for years and rarely needs service. I have added parts but never any major changes (except a new voicemail card a few years ago). Someone tried making...
I created a transfer internal for option 7 to ext 340 and set 340 to Aux ring y. The aux ringer doesn't ring the overhead paging and the only set that can answer is 340.
Is there a way to ring overhead from the CCR for anyone to pick up?
I would like to try set up an option to press 7 in the CCR tree to reach an overhead ringer connected to the AUX port on an MICS. Does anyone know how to do this in a way that incoming callers who press 7 can be answered when people hear an overhead ring? MICS 6.1, Callpilot 150 3.
Is it a matter of NARS BARS that users can not break dial tone on a second consecutive ACOD dial?
A user (on Option 11 with a TGAR of 0) accesses a PRI route (with a TARG of 1) by dialing ACOD 720 to get to a remote location. Then the call is on an Option 81. The user accesses an additional...
See if this post update works...
resolved by removing ringing at reception and keeping the night group. Set up non-vmail sets to ring during the day- the receptionists cordless and others.
I set up a ring group (003) on line 31 to ring during the manual "night ring" period. It should ring an aux ringer and a couple of sets in a plant and shouldn't go to voice mail or ring reception. But it still rings reception and goes to voice mail. Can we get this to not ring voice mail/...
I am pretty sure that the forwarding is all done in the Callpilot server itself. The My Callpilot server just allows you to adjust settings on the Callpilot using the My Callpilot interface.
Yes you can have more than one by adding another MGATE card and creating unique CDNs and aml links. I am not sure that AVAYA supports this or why you want to do it (other than trouble shooting), but it can be done.
I would figure out how calls are routing 1st:
Print the npa, nxx, and spn that you use in ld 90.
Prt the rlb that shows the route list index which directs them to a route in ld 86.
Then print the rdb (route) in ld 21
Use LTM in ld 21 to list the trunk members of the rdb
Stat the loops in ld...
You probably need to reset the ports. Courtesy stop and start the ports in Call pilot maint. or in the system prt dn 7000 no type in ld 20 then stat the tn's listed to see which ports are hanging and disable and re-enable the port. Else get a maintenance window and reboot the Callpilot (it...
