No Ringing tone

I am having a weird problem with a CS1000 system. Ringing tone works on internal and network calls but I have set up a BCM to dial through this system and there is no ringing tone on these calls. I have also done some digit manipulation to forward 2 extensions to external numbers and there is no ringing tone on those either. Any ideas what could cause this or how to fix?

Need more details. How do you "dial through"? Do you have MCDN on the BCM? Routes? ETC

I am using sip trunks and have set up routes on the BCM.

If you are using a phantom TNs on CS1000 possibly use of CLS CFXA. Not much experience using SIP any other ideas anyone?

I am not using phantom TNs. I am using digit manipulation for the forwarded numbers.
