Thanks again.
I wonder if any of you have set this up before. I fully undrstand the principles of this but I cannot find any documentation that shows you how to set this up.
So far I gather that it interacts with the CAC feature and that it is all set up from the IP-Network-Region form but I need more...
Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to configure the QOS values for softphone? I believe that the values are taken from the Ip-Network-Region form. I have Packet Scheduler enabled on the PC's network connection. When the data port on the data switch is monitored it is not showing any 802.1p/q...
Does anyone have any experience of 4602 handsets getting hot to the touch. I vaguely remember a bulletin or PCN about this around 12 months ago, but can now find no reference to it. Anyone else remember, or am I imagining things?

Same principle for the LX. Use a browser (I.E) and enter the ip address of the connection (10.n.n.n) into the address bar. This will bring up a login screen and away you go.

This is a shamefully simple problem. I have two Konsole windows open and I cannot close them. I have tried double clicking the top left corner, clicking the top right X and using Session and Quit. Each time I get a smaller window saying "Are you sure" etc with either Quit or Cancel...
To distinguish between a bridged call appearance ringing and a normal call-appearance ringing you could set the bridged appearance to "abbrieviated ring." This will give just one short ring on a bridged appearance, and normal ringing on the other appearances.
