    Does anyone know of a way for IP phones such as 4621 and 9650's to show the actual phone number instead of just the extension? He have several prefixes and would make it much easier for user if they could see their actual DID number instead of just the extension.

    Thanks, and yes I'm new to IP office. I knew the 9508's didn't work on anything below R7 but didn't know the version had to be beyond a specific R7 release. I upgraded the software and the phones are now working. One more question... How do I switch it from quick to standard mode? Thanks...

    IP500 V2 Upgrade to R8 Question

    I'm going with the package that has 9508 digital phones but I also want to run a few IP phones. The system will have a Combo Card with 10 VCM channels. Will IP office mode Release 7 allow me to run both digital and VoIP phones? Thanks!
