All the computers are on the same /22 subnet.

It's kind of a pain in Exchange. The third party route is the way to go. GFI's Mail Essentials is pretty good and if you only want the disclaimers it's free. After the trial period expires the disclaimers keep working, not a glitch it's just that that part is free. Tom
