Hi,

Straight forward question. Is there a simple way to setup a discalimer on exchange 2003.

I can see lots of 3rd party software that will do it. Does exchange have this function available within.

It's kind of a pain in Exchange. The third party route is the way to go. GFI's Mail Essentials is pretty good and if you only want the disclaimers it's free. After the trial period expires the disclaimers keep working, not a glitch it's just that that part is free.
