Did you also upgrade the VM Pro to 3.2? The VM needs to be the same software (i.e. 3.2) as the IPO.

That sounds exactly like what my trouble is! Unfortunately I did install, but now that I have removed the KB but problem not resolved.... the first of the two links at the end of the last post, would not open for me... but I am investgating the second one with a 'automated script' for login.

Thanks for the info, BUT this didn't resolve the problem. I did remove the KB file that I found and the one dated 16-Jun, then restarted, but no luck. Is it possible that the 'updates' changed some setting, but it's remove didn't reset the options??? ??????
