When the Phone managers loads on my PC, I can trace incoming call, monitor status of phones, etc. BUT - it turns on Forward to 0 and I miss calls, then I try to cancel it, but it wont. I have to go in with IP Office Manager and delete from my User forms. Any ideas on why this happens??
