VM Pro 7.0.19 Clipped Message issue

IPO 500 7.0.12 with VM Pro 7.0.19.

I am getting some customers that are saying that either their outgoing greeting or a vm left for them is Clipped off for a few seconds... I have seen some other post on here about that? Does anyone know if it is a bug or a new feature Avaya has not told us LOL.. I am going to validate all the settings for nic card and network ports but, thought I would ask.

I had the same thing on a new install, 500V2 on 7.0.12, read some posts here about it, downgraded to 7.0.17 and no more problems. Stinks like a bug to me.

Ditto, I just run with 7.0.17. Hopefully someone took the time to send the traces to Avaya on 7.0.19

The issue has been there since the release of 7.0.19. There is a patch available from Avaya t3 that addresses it. or wait as in the Q3 maint build is due. 6.1 is currently on the support site.

Does this same 'Bug' apply to the 7.0.14 Application Server version of VM Pro?

I upgraded to 7.0.23.. seems to fix the clipping issue.. Not using 1 x with this customer..
