I do not know what happend.. and neither does IBM.. I worked with them for over 24 hrs and could not recover the DB. Then after I rebuild the whole damn thing... I get an email stating that the inventory inforation is all that is stored in the DB... all of the RSA and Server information is...
We have this issue as well on X-series boxes as well. We killed the process for now and it brought down the utilization, however, when I went to check for singbus.dll, we do not have this file on these systems. Any other ideas?

In our enviroment we have a file created on each TMR that has a full list of all Endpoints on the TMR which our allow install policy uses to determine which EP are already in the object repository so DUPES are not created.
After issueing the wdelep >label< we then run a wlookup -ar Endpoint...
