    ESX Server, Virtual Infrastructure 2.1

You're missing that entire block of Migrate Clone Clone to Template Convert to Template I know the Migrate portion is part of the licensing. If you don't have the license for VMotion that won't be there. The Clone option is part of the base install. You may need to reinstall VC.

    ESX Server, Virtual Infrastructure 2.1

Regardless of how you're running Virtual Center, the Clone option should only appear greyed out if the machine is powered on, or in a state of being re-configured in some way (ie. name change, settings change, etc.).

    XP HOME INSTALL ERRORS

My best educated guess would be faulty memory. Run a diagnostic on your ram with either of the following utilities: http://www.memtest86.com http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp I prefer the microsoft one. If that's the one you use, press T after the utility starts in order to run the...

Fatal Exception errors with Norton 2004

I am running Win98SE. I've recently installed Norton Antivirus 2004. I always run my virus scans in safe mode. Whenever I do, after a few minutes I got this error: A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0012:C00078C0 in VXD VMM(01) + 000068C0. I got that one a few times. I ran all the...

    Screen Shaking??

Nothing suspicious under processes. Spybot didn't find anything peculiar. I'm not going to reinstall SP for IE, it's not like it's stopping the pc from working, and doing all that's too time consuming =)

    Screen Shaking??

    1. Using Norton AV with all updated virus defs. 2. Everything was already updated from Windows Update 3. I have Spybot Search & Destroy already installed (I find it better than Ad-Aware) - I'll have to try running that.

    Screen Shaking??

Ok correction. It happens randomly ONLY when you open IE. It's more like a bell, like a Big Ben type bell sound. Any ideas?

    Screen Shaking??

On a Windows 2k Professional machine, I was browsing the internet, and had Internet Explorer open. Then I heard a sound like a symbol clanging or a door slamming, then the screen shook. After that everything was fine. Is this some kind of new virus I should be concerned about, or is this...

    Netware Remote Manager

Happens after the login box pops up and I log in. Give it a second or two, and it pops up at the main screen with the error.
