Do you have an SEB modem on your opt 61, you might be able to switch ports from your switch to your mail system on the same connection if it has 2 outputs?

You can have spre codes without FFC, but to have FFC you must have spre configured. With it being an outside call the spre+87 should work. It is for Conderence 6, do you have c6a in the cls of service for the phone? That might make a difference.

Check how your restrictions/permissions are set up for the list.

What's the route and trunk type? Post CDR data from ld 21, and 1 of the phones that you want data from, so we can see what they look like.

you might try testing spree + 87, which is disconnect trunk for conference 6 on an analog phone. In your case it would be 687. let me know if that worked.

Everything looks OK, except we don't know how these DSN lines are programmed in the first switch that is sending them to you, and We don't see how the set that the auto terminate dn is assigned to is programmed. can you post that info? the line could have call forwarding activated in either place.

On an analog Conference call, the 1st party is placed on hold until you make the second call, and will not be connected until you flash the switchhook, so you should be able to hang up on the ansering machine and pick back up the 1st caller automatically. you shouldn't need a spree or FFC code...

Did you add the additional ports in the ACD group for your mail?

I am in TN and I know Blackbox hires subs here. They send you a magnet to slap on the side of your truck and call you when they need you. They do have their own techs out in the field in the Nashville area, but for the remote areas they use subs.

I think I ran an enhanced trace command one time to monitor a particular ext. and had to turn on multiuser to get it to work. I have slept since then though.

It's fairly easy with an Opt. 11. It goes in slot 10 in the main cabinet.
