Incoming calls not getting released.
I have Definity System of version R8. I have also interfaced a ISDN-PRI link from the service provider who has a 5ESS switch. The problem is that sometimes when the definity recieves a incoming call these calls donot get released inspite the caller...

That is true that for R8 and above there is a challenge that is asked even for the craft login and controls the permission....... i presume this was basically done to have control on the licences -- RTU .. Shridhar Navalgund
There has been a quite long thought given to the levels of logins and ther permissions associated to it. Have this one.
Systems R6 and below were available.
Login :- init ( only with avaya to do the RTU,S )
Login :- inads ( Super- user login that gives the highest permission on...
Let me know what system was this previously or is it a new purchase.Because if it is old version system and you are trying to insert the new R9 processor , you will get this problem, it will not allow you to save the translations.

What are the features it supports? Maximun number of ports it will support on EPN? Is it a reliable way of doing it.?Pls put in your experencies on it if you have any in you network?

Hey guys it affect the BCMS reports badly, the SLA dips down.If you go through the Documentation on the BCMS reporting the Call Pickup is a Void condition in the Call center sceniro.
