Incoming calls not getting released.
I have Definity System of version R8. I have also interfaced a ISDN-PRI link from the service provider who has a 5ESS switch. The problem is that sometimes when the definity recieves a incoming call these calls donot get released inspite the caller dicnnecting the line and remain active for hours till it is released either in definity or the service provider. This happens particularly for a national call within the country.

The service operator is blaming the definity system for not disconnecting the call........ it is getting a pain for me ... pls advice me on how do i go about it on resolving this issue as there is always a chance of a legal issue croping up because of the revenue loss to the carrier.

Following things i have checked up.
1. Coverage path have been definied for all extensions.
2. Trunk group parameter mapped to a working setup at other site.

Help me...... Shridhar Navalgund

Take a look at your trunk form down at the bottom in the left hand corner, this might help you out.
