I've been having the same problem. Sometimes when I keep pressing on the reset button though, the monitor accidenatally turns on. I already have XP Pro installed. I have a 350 watts PSU, 1.7ghz celeron and a geforce 2 ti xtasy graphics card. If I restart, nothing goes wrong...but if I Shut Down...
