Munkee I had the same problem and what I found was I had a stick of faulty Ram I replaced it and the problem went away and the OS downloaded fine.

Does anyone know how to upgrade bois under Windows XP.I know it needs to boot in Dos.But as you know XP does not have dos only command.PLEASE HELP!!!!
