What 1394 driver are you missing? have you tried a search for the drivers to see what your missing?. The drivers that you should have are:
1394bus.sys/arp1394.sys/enum1394.sys/nic1394.sys/ohci1394.sys and should all be in c:\windows\system32\drivers folder. Have you uninstalled the 1394 host...
Yes you should be able to drag 'n drop to a cd from win explorer, if no cd is incerted then the file would be cued. I have nero 6 ultra and that doesn't seem to conflict with drag n' drop.
It's possible that your account is admin so you can use your account on all profiles. It might be worth a try in creating the accounts in outlook on each profile,Outlook account A created on profile A, and so on.

open your contacts folder within outlook, double click a contact(John Smith), to the right you'll see your contacts email address, below that is the name for display i.e. John Smith(email), delete that and put whatever you wish in it's place, save and close.
if my memory serves me well, i read somewhere that when pc's connect they don't all get the same speed through the router,there not all equal, try closing all other pc's on the network and see if the slow pc runs any faster.
i've got the same setup with a dlink 8 port router, just connect your modem to the router and likewise with the pc's, when setting up the network select 'other' and then 'this computer connects directly to the internet through a hub.
