I have had several issues with Norton 2005, none of which have been solved for 3 months (I've been dealing with Symantec Tech support). There was a subscription issue problem that was supposed to be fixed by a patch that Symantec released but that did not fix it. In the end, since Symantec...

Configuring IE6 for Individuals could be done through a Group Policy. As for limiting users to specified sites, as far as I know, you will need some type of firewall that can perform content filtering based on the user. ISA can be configured for that. The other thought that I had is to lock...
Make sure that "Use autocomplete" is enabled in Internet Options > Advanced, otherwise it will not work.

So is the CD drive recognized in the BIOS?
As I mentioned before, I would put the hard drive in another machine also, just to rule out whether it is the actual hard drive or controller.

There is a nice little shareware program that you can try for free that will clear it out nicely for you. It is called Clear IE history.
You can download it from here:

Did you install the recovery console on your computer. If not, pop in your cd and run winnt32 /cmdcons
This will bring you to a "DOS" mode in the windows directory where you can then delete the offending files.
Hope this Helps,

Hope this helps,

Moolie, you said that:
BIOS cannot find the hard drive to boot.
Can't boot from CD or Floppy either
I would open the box and make sure that the cables are connected to the Hard Drive, CD and Floppy. If the machine has been sitting around, there is no telling if somebody has been into it...
