You dont use the normal CTRL+ALT+DEL within VPC! Use either the Right-Alt key (ALTGR) and Del or Select Action from the menu and then select CTRL+ALT+DEL

I have had this before, after the usual checks to make sure that no programs/applications/processes are using the file I found that the best way round to was to rename the file, then delete it.
