issue is resolved. I added TCP-UDP and its working great now. the only issue now is with TTL. when we disconnect the vpn, we have to restart the outlook and establish a connection again with the exchange.. if we let it sit then it gets renewed after TTL time is over... any input? thoughts?

sorry i meant, how can i print out the agent Id's that belong to ACDN 3730. but yo have already answered my question at the bottom. I loaded up ld 11 and then printed off the 3730 that showed me the ACIDs that i needed to know.
Thanks a bunch for your time.
Everyone,
Is there a way i can find out which ACDN is associated with which queue? e.g. i am trying to login my agent 3730 and i am not sure which queue its loggin into?
As you can tell i am not a switch person so any help would be appreciated.

qahsan.
Janaya – thanks for your earlier response.
Putting Genesys with Nortel is a disaster, no questions about it. But the functionality that Genesys gives is what we needed. for example, skill based routing, better interface etc etc. Its just like working with Assembly/C++ or Visual Basic. Where...
jebloome.... restarting the symposium didnt fix the problem.
i had to
- shutdown the symposium
- disable the link
- enable the link
- restart the symposium
and it solved the issue. while the symposium was starting up it got enabled automatically:

I am sorry, i think i didnt provide enough information.
I can forward calls to queue 3650 from 5690 just fine, internall and externally.
The problem is that it rings, 4-5 times on 5690 before it gets transferred to 3650. I would like to program it in a way that the calls gets forward to 3650...
the thing is... i have 24 ports already configured that are mapped with queue 3650... i dont want to change 5690 to a queue, that will either go to another queue (3650)? or i dont want to map the ivr ports to the new queue (5690). The queue is already there... all i want is to forward the calls...
