Everyone,

Is there a way i can find out which ACDN is associated with which queue? e.g. i am trying to login my agent 3730 and i am not sure which queue its loggin into?

As you can tell i am not a switch person so any help would be appreciated.

thanks,
qahsan.

ACDN is the queue, not sure of your question, do you have Symposium or max, mqa? If straight ACD print the set

key 0 ACD XXXX Y NNNN

the X's is the ACDN the set belongs to, NNNN is the Position ID

All sets in the Q? prt the ACDN in ld 11 or 20 and it will show the TN's associated with it.

Thanks bigindian65.

sorry i meant, how can i print out the agent Id's that belong to ACDN 3730. but yo have already answered my question at the bottom. I loaded up ld 11 and then printed off the 3730 that showed me the ACIDs that i needed to know.

Thanks a bunch for your time.
