Everyone,

Here is a challenging task I have been assigned that I do not know how and not sure where to look for?

1) Identify a free DID number to allow dial into IVR

2) Create IVR ports from 2000-2023

3) Create a new queue and then assign the IVR ports to this queue

4) Ceate a new CDN for the pre-IVR and have this CDN target the IVR

5) Assign the DID to the pre-IVR CDN

6) Build a new Queue for agents to log into

If i could get any help from any Guru, and get me started on it, i would appreciate it.

thanks for looking into...

Go to LD 23 and type:

REQ new
TYPE acd
CUST 0
ACDN 1111 <--- enter your did number
MWC
DSAC
MAXP 20 <--- this is the max number of agents
SDNB
BSCW
ISAP
RGAI
ACAA
FRRT <---- first RAN Route
SRRT <---- second RAN Route
NRRT <---- Night time RAN Route
FROA
NCFW <---- Night call forward (when the queue is closed)
FNCF <Enter> through everything else

Ok, here we go... to build a phantom.

First go to ld 20
type the following:
REQ LUU
TYPE 500
TN <ENTER>
you will get a list of unused TNs. at the bottom of that list you should see a bunch of TNs mark (PHANTOM)

Next out the 2008 with 5690 on it.

Next build a new 500 set using one of the phantom TN's
in the Feature section you are going to enter

DCFW 4 3650
<ENTER> to end and your done.

If you can't figure it out from this post you better call your vendor.

i dont see any TN marked phantom:

Hey TAnselm,

I should have done long time what you told me in the begining. I followed your instructions for (TAnselm (Vendor) 26 Jun 07 8:18 ) and i am able to do what i needed to do. 5690 is setup as CDN/RP and default dn is 3650. the calls lands on the queue right away.... You are right... i can dial internally and externally both. I just want to thank you for your time... you have been a great help. I know more now than i used to... thanks again for that.

have a good one!!
