    I have heard that Avaya is now enforcing some policy with distributors to make it like Definity days, Sold to numbers and they generate licenses after you give them your customer info. They could just change ADI to require BP's to assign their dongle numbers to customers and solve the problem...

We have had ADI access for years and still do, but now we are not given certificate numbers, we have to request the distributor for license keys...
