Customer using copper lines on IPO R6 and when they dial they do not display all the dialed numbers on the 1408 display handsets.

Anyone seen this and figured out how to resolve it?

is there a shortcode that they may be using that is not taking all numbers into account?
How long are we talking for the numbers dialed? I know that the numbering plan in Europe is a real mess :p with all kinds of lenghts where in North America it is all 7 digits plus 3 digits for the area code so that might be a problem. Make sure your locale is correct as well.

they are a US client - 10 digits dialing - they use 9 to get an outside line - didnt verify the locale.

Use a test set on the line to see if you're getting the same CLID. In the US, only with ISDN trunks can the outbound CLID be manipulated.

DB - thats not the issue. Customer is using copper lines POTS - 1408 sets IPO R6 - the dial 918885551212 for example and the 1408 DISPLAY shows 9188855 and then stops... the call completes, the LOG AND REDIAL show the whole number. The phone display does not.

Anyone seen THAT before?

Sounds like dial delay time or dial delay count timing issue to me.
