SIP trunk on a system with a dialout of 9, when users return an inbound call from the log it dials in error without the 9, can it work without building special short codes?
Or use the "Alternate Route" at the bottom of the main ARS, then you need create a new ARS. So if it can't find a ShortCode in the main ARS it will look in the "Alternate Route" and it will display "Wait for free line" after the timer expires it will go to the next ARS.
