    A bit of trouble but...open the web page and click CTRL + PrntScrn. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories and Paint. Click CTRL + V. Click the Select tool (dotted edge box) and drag a box around the table. Right click on the table and select CUT. Click File and New..no need to save changes...

    Check the interrupt request for both the floppy and the printer. They may be set to use the same one.

    Open the properties for the ImageRunner and change the setting in there...make sure you hit the APPLY button and it will save that setting.

    Click on Start>Run and type in the word SPOOL When the spool folder opens, double click the Printers folder. Delete anything in that folder. If you get a message that any of the items there are in use by another program, shut your computer down...all the way off....let it sit a minute then...

    Is your printer listed under "other" or "unknown devices" in device manager? if it is, highlight it and click "remove"...confirm delete...then hit "refresh". It should find new hardware and install it where it belongs.

    In your printer property settings, do you have "use printer offline" selected? If so, you'll still see the file being sent to LPT1, but it will not print.

    Looking for Opinions

    Canon has some really nice photo printers out right now...the S800, S820 and S900 are all really nice. They use individual ink tanks so when you're out of one color that's all you need to replace. Also, they have the regular colors AND the photo color inks included.
