    Hi Veefour The easiest way to do this is to add mutiple email addresses to the user in active directory. Eg to the Bill user add an address of "bill@smith.co.uk" and "bill@smith.local" and set the primary address to the .co.uk domain. The .co.uk will then appear on all outgoing emails. paulj
