Hi Ascotta I've given that a go already - it assigns the evalautor to the application fine but it doesnt appear in the drop down. The other strange thing is that it always defaults to 100, even though I am changing it to 5. Something is quite right somewhere... not sure where tho :) Paul

Hi Veefour The easiest way to do this is to add mutiple email addresses to the user in active directory. Eg to the Bill user add an address of "bill@smith.co.uk" and "bill@smith.local" and set the primary address to the .co.uk domain. The .co.uk will then appear on all outgoing emails. paulj
