I am running Outlook in office XP, the problem is that the rules do not allow you to leave a message on the pop3 server if the mail is addressed to someone else. I.e. Where several people on our network have a e mail address name@xyz.co.uk.

We are only a small set up and don't want to go to Exchange server, does anyone know of a low cost solution to the problem.

Thanks Tony.

Hi tonym29

ive used VPOP3, this has the option in there, and i beleive that they do a 30 day trial...

- its only a few Mb to download as well...

I may not be following correctly, but you don't need to use rules to leave messages on the server. Check Tools, E-mail accounts, Change an existing e-mail account, select the account, Change button, More Settings button, Advanced tab, Leave a copy of messages on the server.
