As you're using ICS, you need to make sure that the client PCs are set to DHCP (the ICS Client wizard should have enabled this)
Then do a ipconfig in a dos box and make sure you've been given a IP address by your server.
If not, try doing a ipconfig /refresh which will ask for a new DHCP ip...
