Hey Bandit77, Sorry it didn't work for you...
But here is another shot at it...
NVidia has a driver called "DETONATOR" (sounds powerfull doesn't it)...
Anyway, it is a generic driver refered to by many software producers as a solution to video problems with TNT2.
It can be found at ...
If one of your drives is alone on it's IDE port, you might want to verify if instead of MASTER it could have a jumper position to SINGLE (not all drives have)
This has fixed the problem for me many times.
Good luck

Not sure this is the case for you but I had a TNT2 that did the exact same thing in games...
Solution was to bring up color depth (not too sure how exactly I found out !)
Anything under 16Bit colors would keep the card from being detected as a 3D card by games.
Please let know if this helps. S...

Here it is...
I have an Armada 1500C with a 4 pin power connector(limited production) for which the ac adaptor is about impossible to get(unless you are willing to pay big money!)
I actually happen to have an IBM AC adaptor with proper specs(but wrong connector) which I would like to modify and...
Why do you use port 1080 ?
This port is usually used for socks proxy.
on a normal setup, http would use port 80
Let me know if this helps, S. Gagner

I have done this on some computers...
worked 3 times out of 5...
The chipsets were eighter VIA,INTEL or ALI.
Here is the method I used:
Once the board is changed, power on the computer, enter the BIOS and make sure your boot sequence starts with CDROM.
Boot from the W2K cd and when prompted...
Share the folder ending with a dollar sign... as in users$
This will hide the folder from the network (including to you). You will have to map the folders as network drives for users to have access. S. Gagner

Can you supply a little more information on your setup ?
At forst sight, I'd go for a DNS misconfiguration but with that little information, it's hard to tell. S. Gagner

Is it used as a mail server, a print server... ?
