Have you tried disabling switch TNs/ voicemail voice ports to see if you can isolate a bad one?

1. You need to assign a key on a digi phone as SCR xxxx. xxxx being the unused DDi number. Or assign Dn xxxx to an analog phone. 2. The SCR above is for single call ringing, SCN for Non-ringing. ( Or could be MCR/MCN for multiple call ringing) Have Fun.

Well I'm no expert but..Can you get the agent concerned to note the time and the number dialled by the customer. then you can try it yourself and trace on the switch (LD 80)and/or Symposium call by call. Sure there is no default DN or NCFW routing to this agent? What does your menu choices...

Thanks Guys. I copied & pasted scripts into text files, mostly originated from .pdf files, then again into symposium. i now have a master and a bunch of secondaries - no primaries. I'll have to get someone local to restart pc anywhere, (I think it gave up in disgust!) and check my admin rights.

Trying to help out by partly populating a new Symposium over the weekend, how come it has saved my (begged, borrowed & stolen)scripts but will not save any variables? ("...has not been saved to symposium server") Also,is it normal & does it matter that the scripts were automatically saved as...

try swapping the handset and curly cord with another set, i think you'll find the problem there
