Hi,

I dont have a lot of knowledge of the phone system here (meridian option 11) and i need some urgent help.

We have a customer care department and i think this is a hunt group, and i need to add another extention into this group.

I think i know the ADC Q if that is right ??? any help anyone can offer would be very much appreciated.

a hunt group and an acd que are miles apart.. when you call the number do you get greetings or music prior to an agent?

are you adding a set or a number and do you have access to command line with the pwd?

To change a hunt group you will need to go into ld 18
then as follows.....

REQ chg
TYPE ght
LSNO 520
SIZE
WRT (ADDS: MEM: 0 DISK: 0.0)
STOR 0 1234

at the STOR promt type the positions you want to change e.g. 0 space and the extension you want there.
The example above would add extension 1234 to the 1st position for list no 520.
If you want to out a no completely from the list and not replace it, at the stor promt type the potion space, and then return.

If you want to print the hunt group do as follows in ld 20..

>ld 20

PT0000
REQ: prt
TYPE: ght
LSNO 520
SIZE 4
RNGE

GHLN 0520
GHT

PLDN 2001
DNSZ 16
STOR 0 7023
STOR 1 7857
STOR 2 7947
STOR 3 7048

When you PRT the DN (LD 20, PRT, DNB, O, enter DN and return till it prints out.)that the callers land on, is it a PLDN or an ACDN?
