    Thanks Mitch for the information. When I called the extension assigned to that port rings three times then goes to the Audix message, but when I move it to a different port it keeps ringing and never goes to Audix. am I missing something?

    When I hit enter I get to a screen that says: ERROR REPORT The following options control which errors will be displayed. ERROR TYPES Error type: ______ The rest of the options are also blank. It looks like a "change" screen where you can make changes.

    EC500 feature questions from a newbie

    I was able to see the licenses information with the "display capacity" command. I also used the "add off-pbx-tel stat" command. Finally from one of the phones I dialed: FAC#Extension#Securitycode# and heard a 3 beep confirmation signal. Thanks for your help, it lead me in the right direction.
