We have one of our remote locations setup with a night service extension in the "trunk-group" so when the receptionist presses the "trunk-ns" button all the incoming calls go to the Night AA announcement.
However this location is requesting that calls coming to DID numbers go straight to the extensions instead of going trough the Night AA like when the Day AA is enabled.
Is this a possibility? if so can you give my some starting guidance on how to accomplish it?
Please let me know if you need more information.
Thanks.

What version are you running as this will need to be done in the incoming call handling treatment or trunk page depending on software release. run the command change inc tru X (x being what ever trunk you are refering to)

Definity R013x.01.2.632.1
I am able to run the command and I will research more on how to configure it.
Thanks for your help.
