Easiest way to find disconnected ports 3

Hello,
I need to make an inventory of how many ports (analog and digital) we are using and how many are disconnected in our main office. So far the only way I know is looking at the status of each station but I am trying to avoid that route.
Is there any way to run a report or a list of stations and their status?

do a 'disp err'. anything with an error type of 513 will be disconnected at that time.

I guess we do not have error reports enabled. All I see when I type "displ err" is the blank form to configure the error type I want to monitor.

just hit enter to view the report.

When I hit enter I get to a screen that says:
ERROR REPORT
The following options control which errors will be displayed.
ERROR TYPES
Error type: ______

The rest of the options are also blank. It looks like a "change" screen where you can make changes.

Try hitting F3 and see if that gets it going for you.

then type 513

then hit F3

it will show you a list of all ports that do not have a phone plugged in.

also you can put the number 18 in that field to see what you have busied-out in the system.
