    Dynamic DNS problem

    On a customers WIN2K network, running DHCP, dynamic DNS. "A" records are being created but not PTR records. DHCP server is set to always update the DNS and clients are set to update. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks, Mitchel

    IIS website hangs on Win 2k

    I am having the same issue. About 150 sites on IIS 5 WIN2K server. About once a day all ASP pages from various sites stop loading. Restarting IIS fixes it. IS there a way to isolate the problem to a particular site? There are hundredes of asp pages on the server.

    I got things to work by reserving an IP address for the machine in the higher numbers. Seems to be IP address conflict. Perhaps with setup of remote access addresses? Not sure. Does anyone know how I can check this out. Again WIN2K SBS, running ISA server, routing and remote access, DHCP etc...

    Application Log filling up with perflib erro.

    SBS server has helth monitoring installed and enabled during install and is available through the SBS admin console. So that's probably why it always is showing up. I don't have a Dell contract. Maybe there is a way to turn off this one pref mon feature. Mitchel
