I think I found it--it appears that you can't send them to a dn that is forwarded
from the book:
"Calls will not be rerouted to the Attendant Overflow Position DN when....
The AOP DN is in the Call Forward All Calls mode."

Ok, I figured out what to do about the prompt, got the acd set up, and set it up in callpilot to go to the do the right thing. I changed the ATT_DATA AODN to the new number, call, and it just rings and rings.
Is their somewhere else that I should be looking? How can I tell the call is going...

The aastra cm-16 works great, I bought it about a year ago, and the only problem was the battery, which they replace under warrenty. it's got great range too.

I don't see an OVDN anywhere on the att_data in CDB. is that set somewhere else? perhaps that is what I am looking for?
