Thanks John. I am using analog trunks as overflow for my PRI's. I had not seen the error before and when I stat the trunks of that route, the come up idle. DOn't know what to make of it.

Are you accessing your App Builder from the programs menu or a short cut from manager?, the reason why I ask is because I was told that Nortel advises that you access App Builder needs to be accessed only from Start-->all programs-->App builder otherwise, you get a not so desirable result (crash)

Followed the direction to a T but unfortunstely it did not work. I dial the DISA DID and get a secondary tone, then ##** and followe by SCPW, then I dial my ext and DO NOT hear a dial tone, few seconds, I get re-order tone. Does NCOS, TGAR have anything to do with it?...thanks
